Hospital Quality Reporting
To qualify for the full annual payment update, hospitals participating in the Medicare Prospective Payment System are required to submit a variety of data to the Quality Improvement Organization Clinical Warehouse.
VHQC staff are available to provide technical assistance to hospitals that includes:
- Clinical Abstraction and Reporting Tool training
- Assistance with timely, complete and accurate data submission
- Assistance in using validation results to improve internal processes
