improvement projects are making a difference in
Virginia
Hospitals in Virginia are participating in Virginia Health
Quality Center (VHQC) programs to improve the quality of care delivered to
patients.
VHQC,
the Medicare Quality Improvment Organization (QIO) for Virginia, provides
services to hospitals interested in assessing and improving their quality of
care provided to patients.
To accomplish this goal, VHQC takes a leading role in introducing improvement
projects that will assist hosptials to implement and improve care within their
facility.
